Mobile

Please note: Although Copper Crush is mobile friendly, this option is also subject to availability. Unfortunately, the mobile friendly option doesn't mean that Copper Crush will be available/able to assist you due to having bookings either scheduled before or after yours at Copper Crush.
Unfortunately, the mobile option is not available for Couples and Friends, the Bridal packages, Fix-ups or Gents.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide Copper Crush 24 hours' notice of cancellation of your appointment, should you wish to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling within less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service in order to continue booking with Copper Crush.
If the client cancels within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment the client will be required to pay for the service IN FULL in order to re-book with Copper Crush.
Copper Crush does use its own discretion on reasons for cancelling and will always handle such cancellations in a humane manner, e.g. should the customer become ill and requires the use of antibiotics, the medicine might have an effect on the colour of the tan and therefore it would be in both parties best interest to cancel as soon the client can with no charges applicable.
Please note that cancellations can only be done via text (WhatsApp) or by speaking to your technician. Copper Crush does NOT accept cancellations by email.

No Shows

Mobile: If the technician has already reached the venue and the client does not show up for the scheduled appointment, the client will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the service including the full fuel levy fee. The client would also be required to pay a 50% deposit EFT prior to future appointments. Clients who do not show more than once will be required to pay in full before any future appointments.

Payment Policies

For services rendered Copper Crush accepts cash on the day or E-Transfers in advance or on the day immediate payment.
Any bookings with more than 3 people must be secured by paying a 50% deposit via E-transfer.
We have a no refund policy on spray tan services completed. Copper Crush must be notified within 48 hours of any problems or concerns. Copper Crush offers complimentary fixes within 48 hours of the spray tan completion pending management approval and availability and product feedback from head office. If the client is unavailable for a spray tan fix within the first 48 hours, we must be notified of the concerns within the first 48 hours. Please note, not all concerns require fix-ups and in such instances Copper Crush provides the best homecare advice possible.

Follow the pre and post tan tips for ultimate tan results

BRIDAL TRIBES: Please ensure that there are no other activities scheduled after spray tans, e.g. family dinner, etc.
Take note that Copper Crush provides pre -and post tan tips for all customers prior to their appointment. A FAQ page is also available on the website to answer related questions.
Copper Crush accepts that all customers have conformed to the pre tan tips prior to their appointment.
